Jeffon's Story

Jeffon Seely is one of the most dynamic transformational speakers and senior workshop facilitators. As a leading-edge Millennial, he represents a new progressive generation of change agents who naturally bridges the differences between and across generational groups. His presentations include a wide range of subjects since partnering with Innovations International, Inc., including: diversity and inclusion; inclusive leadership; employee well-being, support, and performance; resiliency and psychological wellness; empowerment; engagement in a virtual/hybrid world; and organizational transformation.

Jeffon has a unique ability to facilitate differences involving people and processes as well as propose progressive solutions for addressing the radically changing working environment. He approaches this type of exploration in a sensitive, yet direct, manner; primarily, because he has comprehensively explored, in-depth, his own unconscious perceptions as part of his continuous learning as a facilitator. Shortly after graduating with a degree in accounting from Central Washington University and later with his MBA from University of Illinois, he immediately learned that a large percentage of his peers were interested in a more progressive workplace involving both individual and organizational transformation—the specialty of Innovations. For his peers, these characteristics include: high-employee involvement in empowerment, transparency, democracy, creativity, inclusion, and workplace practices and procedures.
